All enquiries will be dealt with in accordance with Waterside’s confidentiality policy. Once a parent starts using the Centre, confidentiality remains a prime concern. However, as with all agencies and professionals who have contact with children and their families, if Waterside becomes aware that a child or adult may be at risk of significant harm, we have a duty to report our concerns to the relevant authorities.
